Manage documentation and ensure smooth lead onboarding before project initiation. Collaborate with internal teams to align project expectations. Experience with Upwork or similar freelancing platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage client relationships and set clear expectations. Organized and detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-ups. Previous experience in business development or sales in the tech industry is a plus.
