About The Role

We are seeking an experienced

German-speaking Accountant

in Pakistan with hands-on experience in

DATEV

(German accounting software),

IFRS , and payroll management for European markets.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Manage and process payrolls for Germany and other European markets. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Handle tax calculations and compliance with German / European payroll regulations. Review and verify invoices and salary statements, ensuring accurate payments and correct billing to clients. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to reconcile financial data. Support audits and provide financial analysis as needed.

Key Requirements

Fluency in German and English (spoken & written). Hands-on experience with DATEV. Knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards. Experience managing payrolls in Germany / European markets. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Ability to work according to European (German / Swedish) working hours. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent qualification). 3+ years of working experience.
