Job descriptionMinimum 7 years of experience with 2+ years of PM exposure and preferably PMP Certified. Above average skills in relational database management systems and ability to use SQL. Proven ability to manage client relationships. Understanding of client corporate organizational structures. Experienced in writing and comprehending technical reports.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Technology Management, or Information Systems. A Master's degree is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships to enable communication and obtain credible client-specific organizational and operational details from product users in North America and EMEA to share with Inside Sales and Client Services.
- Collect business requirements and perform trend analysis for client satisfaction and profitability.
- Gather client reports and conduct complex data analysis and synthesis.
- Support the client through internal processes in order to execute timely deployments.
- Prepare SOW(s) based upon customer requirements working with the SATMAP GD Team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and system information for projects assigned.
- Resolve problems by acting as a contact person between our company and our clients, coordinating with GD Leads and other key players (on and off shore).
- Submit status reports to management summarizing completed projects / tasks.
