About the client : Our client is an award-winning family-owned law firm based in Miami that specializes as a personal injury law firm representing victims of accidents. Our client has a policy of “no jerks” for both clients and team members and is looking to grow its client-servicing team with exceptional super-stars who are passionate about what they do and have the right attitude.

About the role : We are looking for a result-driven SEO specialist responsible for delivering organic results. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamental knowledge about SEO, local SEO, technical SEO techniques, content strategy, and a commitment to constantly improving key skills. Multi-lingual candidates with command over English and Spanish will be preferred. The SEO specialist’s responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring SEO success, and informing the website\'s architecture to ensure compliance with best practices and, ultimately, results. We believe the right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative (qualities necessary for success in the role). The right candidate has a “happy to help” attitude and should be able to work in a cross-disciplinary team even if they do not physically meet. The right candidate is confident enough to admit mistakes and lack of skills and sees this as an opportunity to learn and improve themselves.

What you’ll be doing :

This role requires a deep level of knowledge of SEO, including overall SEO fundamentals, Local SEO, WordPress, On-Page SEO, and Technical SEO
Work with different teams to implement on-page optimizations
Pull analytics data, structure it to derive insights and guide SEO decisions
Handle all SEO projects from end to end, from keyword research to creating an SEO strategy and coordinating execution and reporting results
Set up dashboards and reports to track overall SEO performance and project-based initiatives
Stay up to date on industry trends and inform the internal team of risks and opportunities that impact the SEO program
Create detailed monthly progress reports
Perform competitive analysis to benchmark current SEO performance against competitors and devise strategies to surpass them
Build, improve and maintain SOPs and checklists to standardize work for scalability
Manage SEO-related assets and tools / platforms, including Google Business Profiles, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, etc.

Qualifications :

3+ years of proven experience in successfully developing and executing Local SEO campaigns

Candidates with command over English + Spanish preferred

Highly organized and detail-oriented, but proactive and action-oriented

A passion for marketing and continuous learning; actively researches industry blogs and applies what is learned

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping deliverables

Knowledge of Local SEO, technical SEO, and search engine ranking factors

Attention to errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks

Thorough knowledge of Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console

Position : SEO Specialist

Remote Status : Fully Remote

Preferred Location : Pakistan

Working Hours : 8 am to 5 pm EST

Holidays : 20 PTO days per year (Can be used for US or local holidays, etc., accumulating over the year.)

Salary : PKR 175,000 to PKR 225,000 per month
