Job Description :

Qualification The candidates should ideally have a

BE (Aerospace)

degree along with a

Masters / MS / MEng

and a

PhD

in an

Aerospace Engineering

related focus area from an HEC recognized university.

Field of Specialization Aerospace Propulsion Systems, Turbomachinery and Power Plants, Thermo-fluids and Aerothermodynamics, Supersonic and Hypersonic Flows, Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics, Flight Mechanics, Flight Dynamics and Control, Aerospace Sensing, Instrumentation, Measurement & Control, Turbulence Modelling and Simulation, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), Spacecraft Design, Fabrication and Launching, Space Propulsion, Astrodynamics.

PEC Registration requirement All the applicants should be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in AERO stream. Those not having a PEC registration number must be able to get registered with PEC before joining NUST, if selected.

Publications & Experience The candidate must have the Publications and Experience as per HEC criteria for Faculty appointments.

Terms and Conditions

Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).

Last education certificate / degree must be attested / verified by HEC.

Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons :

3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.

NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.

In process of pursuing a required degree.

Medically unfit.

Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.

Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply after seeking NOC from their respective parent department / organizations.

Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.

Only short‑listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.

NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify / terminate the recruitment program due to any reason, without notice, at any time.
