Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team for the night shift. This office-based role involves coordinating logistics by communicating with truck drivers and brokers through calls and emails. The Dispatcher will be responsible for negotiating rates, securing loads, and ensuring smooth operations during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities :

Rate Negotiation : Contact truck drivers to determine their rates per mile and negotiate terms that benefit both parties.

Load Management : Use the CRM system to find and assign loads to truck drivers, ensuring efficient scheduling during the night shift.

Bargaining : Negotiate with brokers and truck drivers to secure the best possible deals and conditions.

Communication : Act as the primary contact between truck drivers and brokers during the night, managing all communications over the phone and via email.

Documentation : Accurately record all communications, rate agreements, and load assignments within the CRM and tracking systems.

Problem-Solving : Handle any logistical challenges that arise during the night shift, ensuring that deliveries stay on schedule.

Qualifications :

Strong communication skills, especially in negotiation and conflict resolution.

Experience with CRM systems and logistics management.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.

Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or similar roles is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
