Job description

You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, and scheduling appointments. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue by effectively communicating our products / services' value propositions.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects from targeted lists provided by the company.
  • Introduce our products / services to potential customers and articulate their benefits.
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess their needs and preferences.
  • Schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales representatives to further discuss our offerings.
  • Document all interactions and update customer information.
  • Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback sessions.
  • Bonus on every lead converted into a sale.

Job Specification

  • Very Good English Accent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and setbacks.
  • Bachelors or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
