We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eBay Account Specialist to oversee all aspects of our eBay store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our eBay account, driving sales through effective listing strategies, optimizing product listings for search visibility (SEO), and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong e-commerce expertise, data analysis skills, and a creative approach to eBay sales management.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the eBay store and monitor account health.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to maintain high satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and grow the customer base.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Create promotions, offers, and sales campaigns to boost engagement and conversions.
Optimize product listings for eBay SEO, write compelling titles and descriptions, and use analytics tools to track performance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, generate reports, and proactively address issues.
Manage eBay promoted listings and advertising campaigns, integrating with broader marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing an eBay account or similar e-commerce role.
Strong understanding of eBay platform, policies, and SEO practices.
Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in eBay Seller Hub and eBay Analytics.
Knowledge of product photography, listing optimization, and keyword research.
Experience with eBay promoted listings and marketing tools is a plus.
