Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of web applications using the

MERN stack

scalability . Conduct thorough

code reviews

and offer valuable feedback to improve team performance. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring

with the team. Qualifications : 2-3 years of experience

in web development with a focus on the MERN stack. Proficiency in

MongoDB, Express.js, React.js,

Node.js . Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers. Prior experience working in
