As a Customer Success Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption. Your responsibilities will encompass product knowledge, customer support, sales pitching, and promoting brand value. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relationships, conducting quality assurance surveys, and assisting with training and educational materials.
Responsibilities :
Effectively pitch the sales of the product to potential customers
Establish clear client retention goals and process milestones
Assist customers with setting up and navigating software
Upsell services and products while maintaining brand image
Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and promote value through customer experience
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Review customer complaints and concerns to improve the customer experience
Possess excellent product knowledge and promote the value of the product
Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions, and suggest the best products for their needs
Requirements :
A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field (Sales, Marketing, Management Studies, CS, IT)
A minimum of 1+ year experience in tech or relevant industry
Knowledge of CRM and CSM systems and good analytical skills
Have proven work experience as a Customer Success Specialist or similar role
Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support
Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
Technical skills required, related to product or service usage
Experience in managing a diverse group and training according to company standards
