Job Description
Maintain proper HR documents within the
Microsoft Teams environment . Assist in preparation and updating of the
business flowchart . Stay updated on
HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
in HR and employment law. Support in working with and maintaining the
401K portal . Keep records of benefit plans such as
insurance, personnel transactions, and employee statistics . Assist in preparing reports for
government compliance (EEO-1) . Help maintain and update the
Employee Handbook . Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in
human resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Fresh graduates or candidates with up to
1 year of HR / administration experience
are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams (training will be provided if needed). Ability to work U.S. business hours (4 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM). Job Rewards and Benefits
