Job Brief :
The job incumbent shall be responsible for research-gathering & data analysis, presenting a range of data-driven solutions, and thereafter implementing those solutions and optimizations using analytical tools and technologies. This role involves statistically analyzing large data sets to identify effective ways of boosting organizational efficiency, creating an analytics platform, and developing the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for devising a strategic plan for improving business efficiency.
- Identify & create sustainable synergies across various business functions.
- Responsible for the identification of new business areas & deployment of strategic initiatives for business growth.
- Work in collaboration with senior management to recommend strategies & business plans around sales, marketing, product, and other key cross-functional initiatives.
- Develop / update process documentation, work instructions, and other tools to support execution.
- Create an analytics platform and develop the capability within cross-functional teams to enable optimal resource allocation, tracking, and monitoring of KPIs.
- Maintain excellent relationships and communication with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and enable improvements in the quality of business delivery.
- Create workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Perform gap analysis of current SOPs / SLAs on an ongoing basis with drafting and rollout of relevant policies.
- Perform analytics to determine the level of impact and use outcomes to prioritize projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on various process evaluations and improvements.
- Lead and coordinate quality and efficiency projects and activities to ensure continuous best practices.
- Extract and analyze data using SQL / Excel and other tools to provide reports.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filter and clean data.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvements and efficiencies.
Job Requirements :
