About the Role
We are hiring a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and grow our TikTok Shop performance remotely. This role involves product listing management, campaign optimization, influencer coordination, content planning, and overall shop operations. You must understand TikTok trends, know how TikTok Shop algorithms work, and have experience turning views into sales.
Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Operations
Manage TikTok Shop seller center , including product listings, pricing, inventory, variations, and product descriptions.
Ensure product compliance with TikTok Shop policies and maintain top-rated seller metrics.
Monitor key seller metrics such as ODR, shipping issues, cancellation rate, and customer satisfaction.
Campaigns & Ads
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns , flash deals, vouchers, bundles, and promotions.
Run and optimize TikTok Shop Ads to increase conversions and sales.
Work with the marketing team to create winning strategies for sales and growth.
Content & Influencer Collaboration
Coordinate with creators, influencers, and affiliates via TikTok Creator Marketplace & Affiliate Program.
Manage livestream selling remotely by coordinating with hosts and production teams.
Create briefs for product videos, trends, and viral content concepts.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Track KPIs including GMV, sales, CPC, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and shop rating .
Analyze TikTok Seller Center & Ads Manager insights to identify trends and improvement areas.
Prepare weekly / monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations.
Customer & Fulfillment Coordination
Collaborate remotely with the fulfillment / warehouse team for smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
Resolve customer issues, return requests, and operational concerns on TikTok Shop.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or online marketplaces .
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and viral content patterns.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and / or TikTok Ads Manager.
Strong communication skills for remote coordination with teams and creators.
Ability to analyze data, improve KPIs, and make strategic decisions.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in livestream selling or managing livestream hosts.
Experience in influencer / affiliate marketing.
Background in product-based businesses such as beauty, fashion, tech accessories, or lifestyle.
Basic video editing or content planning experience.
