Job description

Assigning of all work assignments, commit the team to the work, manage the quality of the work and drive the people management activities within the team. The Role requires to manage effective internal / external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility. Liaising with multiple customers and suppliers within global IT industry. Managing the business model within Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensuring the SLA compliance. Multiple communications with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe. Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer. Captures interpret basic customer information. Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions.

Skills : Candidate must have Excellent Communication Skills Must be able to work under pressure, must have basic analytical skills Must have basic MS Office skills and must have a ‘can do’ attitude Flexible & Adaptable in different situations and environment Demonstrate sound understanding of complex processes A go-getter attitude to approach customer queries and problems proactively. Knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service is required. Flexibility to work in rotating shift. Experience :

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience with customer services / management / account management Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan
