Machine Learning Engineer

Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Machine Learning Engineer who can independently translate complex business requirements into scalable ML and Generative AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about architecting end-to-end intelligent systems and building next-generation AI / ML and agentic frameworks for enterprise deployment.

What You’ll Do This position offers the opportunity to lead the full lifecycle of AI / ML and Generative AI solutions—from ideation to production—while collaborating with data, product, and engineering teams.

Design, develop, and productionize advanced ML and Generative AI models on Azure Databricks and the Azure cloud ecosystem.

Architect and optimize AI / GenAI pipelines leveraging MLOps, CI / CD, and GPU-enabled workflows.

Lead EDA, feature engineering, algorithm selection, and model optimization for complex use cases.

Implement agentic frameworks, vector databases, and semantic search techniques for enterprise AI solutions.

Build and maintain scalable deployment, monitoring, and observability systems for ML / GenAI models.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners (data engineering, product, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-impact AI outcomes.

Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in ML system design, testing, and documentation.

What You Know

5+ years of experience in Machine Learning roles with proven ability to independently design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Strong expertise in Azure Databricks and Azure ML / data ecosystem (Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse).

Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, agentic frameworks, and related orchestration tools.

Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ML / DL pipelines.

Solid understanding of vector databases, embedding techniques, and semantic search.

Skilled in MLOps, CI / CD, model serving, and GPU-accelerated workflows.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to scalability and performance.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI / ML, Data Science, or a related field.
