10am-7pm Stemronic is a dynamic and innovative provider of Digitalization, IIoT, and Automation solutions with a strong market presence. We are seeking a Remote Sales Support Engineer to join our team and support our sales initiatives. Position Overview

We are looking for an Automation & Control Solution Design Engineer to assist our sales team by managing RFQs, designing solutions, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with the sales team to meet sales requirements. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while playing a critical role in driving our company's growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

RFQ Management : Review, process, and respond to Requests for Quotes (RFQs) by generating design solutions, product selections and to provide accurate and timely technical and commercial proposals. Solution Design : Develop and propose tailored solutions based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with Stemronic’s product and service offerings. CRM Maintenance : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Sales Team Coordination : Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, prepare sales materials, and ensure seamless communication with clients. Client Support : Address client inquiries related to technical specifications, product features, and service capabilities. Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase the value of Stemronic’s solutions. Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to support effective sales strategies. Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to ensure client requirements are met. Continuous Improvement : Participate in training and self-development to enhance technical knowledge and sales support skills. Qualifications

Understating of core concepts of electronic and control system, including industrial automation & control, Industrial IoT. Strong understanding of RFQs, solution design. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
