We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our international client base. This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and booking discovery calls with decision-makers in target markets including the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or a similar service-based industry who excels at outbound sales and B2B lead generation.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our business growth across international markets including the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify and research potential client companies within target industries and regions Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms Communicate Talent Sherpa’s value proposition clearly and professionally Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the senior sales team Maintain accurate and organized lead data in the CRM system Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting targets.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development Previous experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or a similar B2B service industry is strongly preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Experience with CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.) Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience working across international markets and time zones is a plus Experience in the recruitment or HR tech industry is preferred but not required.
