Primary Grade Teacher

Job Description : To deliver quality teaching to primary and middle school students in underprivileged areas in Lahore (Jallo and Shalimar) and Gunjranwala ( Wazirabad) supporting students' learning and contributing to improved academic outcomes in the community. Conduct regular classroom teaching for designated subjects (Math, English, Urdu, Science, Wakfiyat e aama, etc.). Prepare and follow daily lesson plans according to the curriculum guidelines. Assess student learning regularly through tests, class activities, and assignments. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments. Actively participate in teacher training sessions arranged by Edkasa. Collaborate with school administration and fellow teachers to ensure smooth academic operations. Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment. Assist with parent-teacher meetings and community engagement efforts. Ensure usage of Edkasa App or any other learning tools (where applicable). Job Specification : Minimum (BA / BSc) Must reside in or near the assigned area or have reliable transport access.
