Job descriptionAssist in building APIs with Node.js and Next.js. Write unit tests and debug code. Document technical processes and workflows. To support frontend and third-party integrations, assist in developing RESTful APIs using Node.js, Next.js, and Express.js. Write and maintain unit / integration tests (Jest / Mocha) to ensure code reliability and functionality. Debug and resolve backend issues reported by QA teams or end-users to minimize downtime. Design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance for SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Document technical workflows, API endpoints (Swagger / Postman), and database structures for team reference. Collaborate with senior developers on database migrations, indexing, and performance-tuning tasks. Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning) and code reviews to align with team goals. Learn and apply modern backend frameworks (Nest.js, serverless) and tools (Docker, AWS) under mentorship. Structured onboarding and skill development programs. Collaborative team environment.
