Account & Finance Executive - REMOTE / Work From Home

Job Description

Invention Cell Wholesale, based in New York, is a leading wholesaler and distributor of major brands of new and refurbished phones, unlocked / locked devices, Bluetooth speakers / headphones, tablets, smart watches, and mobile phone accessories. We are seeking a motivated Night Account professional to join our team remotely, bringing 2 years of experience from the retail industry.

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.

Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.

Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely financial reporting.

Job Specification

1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and MS Excel.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
