Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

Assist in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields.

Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with SQL, Excel, Google sheets, Jira, Asana.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Timing : Monday to Friday 7pm to 4am - Saturday Sunday OFF
