Escalate complex issues to internal teams with clear, actionable information
Adhere to brand voice guidelines and quality standards in every interaction
Collaborate across departments to enhance the customer experience and identify trends
Maintain performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and friendly, professional tone
Empathy, patience, and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Basic computer literacy (CRM systems, chat tools, email platforms)
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
Self-disciplined and reliable with strong follow-through
Previous customer service experience is a plus—but not required
