What is Specialist Products & Solutions (AI)? We are looking for a Specialist Products & Solutions (AI) to join our high‑performing team. This is primarily a technical role where you will work hands‑on with large language models (LLMs), ML‑Ops pipelines, and modern web technologies to design, build, and support AI‑driven solutions. You will play a critical role in coding, maintaining, and scaling intelligent products that power digital transformation for millions of customers.

What You’ll Do

Develop, deploy, and maintain AI‑powered applications and solutions.

Build and optimize LLM‑based systems (fine‑tuning, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, etc.).

Contribute to end‑to‑end ML‑Ops workflows, including model training, monitoring, and deployment.

Write efficient, clean, and scalable code using Python, React, and modern frameworks.

Build and maintain APIs and microservices for AI‑enabled products.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business‑critical platforms.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

Continuously research and apply new AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist Products & Solutions (AI)?

0–2 years of experience in software development or applied AI / ML.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong foundation in Python (Pandas, NumPy, FastAPI, Flask, etc.).

Experience with React.js or similar modern front‑end frameworks.

Hands‑on exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).

Understanding of ML‑Ops workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD, MLflow, etc.).

Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL databases and API development.

Git‑based version control and collaborative development.

Problem‑solver with a can‑do attitude.

Fast learner who thrives in a rapidly evolving tech space.

Strong ownership of projects and deliverables.

Effective communicator and team player.
