The candidate will be responsible for sales, account receivable and account payable management; while maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Top 3 Goals Actively listen to each client in order to gain a perfect understanding of their individualized needs via calls and messages Make calls to clients for collection of payments Distribute the payments for account payables More About The Role Organize, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Properly manage client’s expectations and follow through on commitments Good verbal communication in Urdu (some Punjabi is a plus) with warm professionalism and a positive attitude Collaborate with various departments and team members in order to solve problems or any presented issues Identify industry trends to bring growth and revenue opportunities for the company Perform other related duties as assigned Job Specification

Requirements Must have at least two years of experience in any one of the following : sales, customer service, account manager, public relations, or other related fields Must have a quiet place to work for phone calls and voice messages Must have basic knowledge of using a smartphone and computer
