We are currently looking for a " Financial Analyst " for one of our clients on a full-time onsite basis in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Our client is a leader in renewable energy sector that has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in developing, building and operating solar, wind and hydro power plants and storage solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial models, simplify existing financial model, updating the model for lenders and management requirements
- Sensitivity Analysis in the financial model to assess impact on tariff of various Tariff items / risks / changes proposed by stakeholders
- Conducting various tariff related Audits by third party Auditors
- Conducting cost verifications including due diligence exercise by NEPRA
- NEPRA follow up and response to their queries on regular basis including additional documentation / info / running model etc.
- Support to the team in existing matters related to Financing and Lenders, including compliance under project and finance documents
- Support in stakeholders’ management including lenders, off-taker, shareholders, Board of Directors, etc
- Preparing budgets, monitoring, reporting and control
- Support in all Finance and Asset Management functions, as may be required
- Any other work assigned by the management
Qualification Requirements :
ACA, ACCA, CFA are mandatory requirements.2-3 years of relevant experience in auditing, financial modelling and stakeholder management.Preferred experience from the Renewables, other industries / companies with strong financial practicesPreferred international market experienceGood understanding in IFRS and local accounting, and internal controlsGeneral Tax knowledgeAn excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFluent in English, spoken and written (and other languages if needed or ideal)Personality Traits :
