Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Assistant Head of Department (HOD) / Academic Coordinator to join our Physics department at an educational institution in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi . In this full-time, on-site role, you will work closely with the HOD to manage curriculum and maintain academic quality. Key duties include supporting departmental leadership and academic planning, coordinating curriculum design and lesson planning, and ensuring high teaching standards. The role also involves acting as a liaison among faculty, students, and management to facilitate smooth academic operations. We are looking for a collaborative educator with a Master’s degree in Physics and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to help drive excellence in our academic programs.
