Human Resources Manager at Elastic Email

Location : Pakistan, remote

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Shopify, Wix, Jotform).
Design and implement APIs, webhooks, and other mechanisms for seamless data exchange.
Collaborate with product and QA teams to ensure smooth functionality and high-quality user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
Develop, test, and maintain web applications using backend and frontend technologies (C#, JS, PHP, Node.js) and frameworks (.NET, React).
Research and recommend solutions proactively, bringing your own ideas and improvements instead of just following instructions.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in backend and frontend development

Proven experience in building functional integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., Canva, Shopify, Wix, Jotform)

Strong skills in Node.js, C#, JS, PHP and frameworks (.NET, React)

Experience with OAuth, webhooks, RESTful APIs and API authentication mechanisms

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus

Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Experience in an international environment is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with a global team
