The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
The role requires a confident communicator with strong persuasion skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record in telesales or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
- Identify decision-makers and build relationships to create interest in company services.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate information on leads, prospects, and follow-up actions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
- Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Follow up on leads from digital marketing campaigns and cold outreach.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and brand voice.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or lead generation.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections professionally.Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking systems is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Benefits
