About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and imaginative Video Editor to join Bayut Studios’ fast-paced creative production team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive storyteller with strong skills in editing, motion graphics, and sound design to deliver high-quality videos for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Edit live-action and 3D animated real estate videos into high-quality, polished content aligned with storyboards and brand guidelines.
Enhance videos with motion graphics, seamless transitions, and dynamic visual effects to maximize visual impact.
Apply color grading and correction to ensure a cinematic, visually consistent look across all deliverables.
Execute end-to-end sound design , including mixing, effects, and audio optimization for professional-grade output.
Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
Organize and manage large volumes of raw footage , ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback quickly and adapt to evolving project requirements with flexibility and attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Mass Communication, Film & Television or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of experience in a creative, advertising, or production environment.

Must be able to quickly understand & execute edits based on the provided storyboards .

Ability to think visually and narratively , with a keen eye for detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities.

A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative yet demanding environment .

Software Proficiency Requirements

Mid-Senior level; Full-time; Writing / Editing, Design, and Production; Real Estate, Construction, and Broadcast Media Production and Distribution.
