Primary
Completing daily configuration requests from a ticketing system.
Nearly all work will be done through the application’s GUI interface and training will be provided.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to :
Creating and Modifying various Workflow Tasks.
Adding, Removing and Modifying User / Customer / Subscriber Accounts.
Adding, Removing and Modifying Customer Accounts.
Pricing Configuration changes.
Taking care of Document Management (Modifying, Field Mapping, etc.).
Configuring new Products and Notes.
Working with technical support analyst to trouble a scenario through the application interface.
Integration Setup and troubleshooting.
Testing new deployments or new setups.
Working with project manager(s) and participating in project meetings to determine configuration needs
Job Specification
MS / BS in computer sciences or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in development and most importantly in Configuration.
Strong communication skills.
Strong Organization and Good Attention to Detail.
Ability to prioritize work load in order to meet deadlines / SLAs.
Effective Troubleshooting skills.
Fluent in SQL, ability to write ad hoc reports and complex queries.
Experience with C# programming language.
Business Analyst or Quality Control experience is preferred.
Experience with XML and electronic B2B integrations utilizing XML files and an API will be a plus.
Knowledge on Office / automation will be a plus.
