Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative (Dispatch) located in Johar Town. The Sales Representative will be responsible for acquiring loads, planning routes, and providing dispatch services. Daily tasks include negotiating rates with carriers and brokers, maintaining client relationships, and updating clients on market trends. The role also involves strategic business development and ensuring carrier satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in Load Acquisition and Route Planning

Knowledge of Negotiation and Rate Setting with Carriers and Brokers

Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication Skills

Skills in Strategic Business Development and Market Trend Analysis

Ability to work on-site in Johar Town

Proficiency in using logistics software and systems

Prior experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
