Senior SEO Specialist - With leadership potential

Location : Remote (Pakistan-based)

A UK-based digital marketing agency specializing in property sector SEO, with plans to expand into a comprehensive marketing agency.

Job Type : Full-time, with significant growth potential.

We're seeking a talented and experienced SEO specialist to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey of growth. Starting with a focus on UK-based property websites, we aim to expand into a full-service digital marketing agency. This role offers not just a job, but a career path with potential for advancement into leadership positions as we grow.

Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, primarily for property-related websites
Conduct thorough website audits and keyword research
Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, content, and internal linking
Develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to the UK property market and related sectors
Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building and local SEO
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
Provide regular reports on SEO performance and recommend improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates
Collaborate with UK-based team members and clients
Be prepared to adapt strategies for potential expansion into related industries

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on the property or real estate sector

Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and organic traffic

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building strategies

Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategy

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Understanding of UK market and culture is a plus

Experience in related industries such as home services, construction, or general local business SEO is advantageous.
