Job Description

  • Lead and manage a cluster of accounts across multiple cities, ensuring the achievement of commercial and operational KPIs.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, such as quarterly results and annual forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities within the cluster of accounts and collaborate with the team to execute them.
  • Track and manage the operational KPIs of the accounts.
  • Meet with vendors on a weekly basis with the Account Manager to discuss opportunities for growth and overall performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring proper support, guidance, and development to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive results across multiple KPIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
