Full Stack Developer

droppGroup is looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and a disciplined engineering mindset. The ideal candidate will be proficient in React, Angular, Node.js, Express, and TypeScript, with experience in MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis. You’ll work within a collaborative remote team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain front-end applications using React, Next.js, and React Native

Implement consistent and responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS

Build and optimize scalable back-end services using Node.js, Nest.js, and Express

Design and maintain robust database structures with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis

Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high quality releases

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization

Implement security standards to protect application integrity and data privacy

Qualifications

2 or 3 years of professional full-stack development experience

Advanced knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js and Express

Proficiency in React and Angular with strong UI / UX understanding

Experience with RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus)

Knowledge of performance optimization, caching, and asynchronous programming

Solid experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and Redis

Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork in a remote environment

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
