We are seeking a capable and driven Principal Software Engineer to join our team and lead the development of high-impact healthcare platforms.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer with strong full-stack development knowledge, a solid grasp of system architecture, and the ability to guide a development team through all phases of the product lifecycle. This individual will be responsible for ensuring code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development of complex, scalable healthcare products.
  • Hands-on development and review of code with adherence to best practices.
  • Full-stack knowledge with strong hands-on experience in Angular ; PHP and Node.js experience is a plus.
  • Ensure application performance , security, and maintainability.
  • Design scalable architectures using micro frontends and Dockerization.
  • Manage and guide CI / CD pipelines based on Bitbucket .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time production environments.
  • Lead technical planning, system design, and product life cycle management.
  • Work collaboratively in a Scrum-based Agile environment .
  • Ensure best practices in coding, reusability, and system robustness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders including senior management, product owners, and front desk leads.
  • Strong understanding and implementation of SQL and NoSQL databases .
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for Software Engineers professionals to meet the company's quality standards.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and integration of new hires into the team for optimal performance.
  • Prior experience in EMR / EHR domains and product-based environments is highly preferred.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant development and leadership experience.
  • Strong command of Angular and experience with scalable front-end architectures.
  • Experience with Docker , CI / CD pipelines (Bitbucket-based), and production deployment strategies.
  • Ability to write high-performance, clean, and maintainable code.
  • Exposure to application security principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in system design, troubleshooting, and managing full software lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience with both PHP and NODE JS backends.
  • Exposure to micro frontend architectures .
  • Previous experience in healthcare tech (EMR / EHR) is a strong advantage

    • Education

  • BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a similar relevant field.
