In this role you will
This position is responsible for SME Planning, Base Portfolio Management and channel support operations to meet revenue targets & goals assigned to SME Solutions Vertical. This position is also responsible for SME product operations including ISPaaS, alternate channel enablement and customer value management.
How you express your talent
Design and execute actionable plans aligned with SME strategy to achieve the objectives assigned to SME vertical, ensuring all initiatives directly contribute to overarching business goals.Forecast and monitor the performance of channels, products, and projects against strategic targets, using data-driven insights to enable timely, informed decision-making.Monitor base portfolio and associated KPIs (e.g., quality of sale, KYC, seasonality impact, survival staircase, churn rate, bad debt etc.) to design and implement different strategies for optimizing base revenue.Design and execute different cross / up selling strategies on base portfolio to maximize customer lifetime value, ARPUs, ARPAs, customer loyalty and margins.Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of SME-focused products / services. Collaborate with Product Management, Product, and Tech to ensure solutions meet SME requirements.Proactively identify execution gaps in SME strategic projects and implement corrective measures, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and measurable success outcomes.Effectively manage the SME OPEX budget to maintain financial discipline, ensuring contribution margins remain within approved thresholds and operational efficiency is sustained.Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and managing processes related to customer onboarding.Secure cross-functional alignment to design and implement standardized processes, SLAs, KPIs, and turnaround times (TATs) aimed at delivering prioritized Mean Time to Provision (MTTP) and Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR) for SME customers.Empower management, sales leadership and alternate channel partners with timely, actionable, and role-specific performance reporting, through the development of tailored dashboards and scorecards that support informed decision-making.What you need to be successful
Qualification
HEC recognized degree from a reputable university in IT / CS / Telecom / Electrical EngineeringExperience
5 Years’ experience in relevant field on a senior role with at least 10 year overall experienceTechnical Competency
