Job description

Responsibilities :

Identify potential clients, and develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
Position Arpatech as the preferred partner for our range of IT Helpdesk, Cloud Services, and Software Solutions via call / email outreach
Generate leads, pitch company offerings, and close deals to achieve sales targets
Client Management : Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by understanding their requirements and facilitating effective communication between clients and the development team
Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients, showcasing our expertise and value
Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to provide valuable insights to the company

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role

Knowledge of web development, applications, and software technology

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

A proactive and results-oriented mindset

Comfortable with high-volume calling and email outreach daily.
