Job Description Are you a talented UI / UX Designer with 2 years of experience in Figma design? Do you have a passion for creating user-centric mobile applications and web designs? If so, we invite you to join our creative and dynamic team at TheHexaTown. As a UI / UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements, conduct user research, and create design solutions that meet user needs and expectations.

Figma Expertise : Utilize Figma as your primary design tool to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both mobile applications and web platforms.

Visual Design : Develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and design principles.

Prototyping : Create interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and validate ideas with stakeholders and end-users.

Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

Responsive Design : Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices for a seamless user experience.

Collaboration : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to translate design concepts into functional and pixel-perfect digital products.

Stay Updated : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI / UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma skills and design projects.

Proficiency in Figma and other design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.

Must have experience with mobile application design (iOS and Android) and web design.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a bonus.
