Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source potential candidates through various online channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.
• Develop and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the role and attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
• Champion a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
• Assist in building and promoting the Qureos employer brand to attract top-tier talent.
