About the Job :

The candidate must have full command of various GDS systems including Sabre and Amadeus. If you have at least 8 years of experience in airline booking, Hajj and Umrah sales, and customer service skills, this rare opportunity is for you.

Job Specification

SKILLS REQUIRED :

Lots of airline ticket selling expertise required. Great customer service skills, good knowledge of airlines and their fare systems is a basic job demand. We are looking for a candidate who can work on their own, without supervision but has to have or create pressure on them to sell & obtain business from our live travel inquiries.

Responsibilities :

Ensuring compliance with company procedures for documentation, ticketing, refunds, exchanges, reissues, etc. Reconfirmation of reservations to ensure accuracy at all levels.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of AMADEUS / SABRE system and travel agent experience
• Good faring, routing, ticketing, and hotel reservation skills
• Understanding of domestic / international airlines and routing
• Intimate knowledge of airline regulations and tariff structures
• Ability to analyze pricing options in multiple distribution channels
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to negotiate
• Ability to think critically under pressure while providing the highest level of service
• Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving.
