Responsibilities
Design customized solar solutions based on customer requirements.
Explain financial options clearly, including incentives, tax credits, and financing programs.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts.
Close sales and ensure a smooth handover to the project.
Stay updated on solar products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
Build long-term relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates with an Intermediate or equivalent qualification and relevant experience in solar sales will be considered.
Demonstrated success in sales, with a record of meeting / exceeding targets.
Knowledge of solar energy systems.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred : Prior experience in solar.
