Role : SEO Lead (Remote Worldwide) We are seeking a highly skilled

SEO Lead

to establish and scale our SEO function into a powerful growth engine. This is a

founding leadership role

where you’ll take ownership of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and authority building. Over time, you’ll build frameworks, lead a team, and drive global organic growth.

This position is ideal for professionals with deep

SEO expertise, digital marketing strategy skills, and hands-on experience in high-growth companies .

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO :

Conduct site audits, improve Core Web Vitals, schema, indexation, and optimize architecture.

On-Page SEO :

Enhance landing pages, metadata, internal linking, and optimize content for search intent.

Off-Page SEO & Authority :

Manage backlink strategy, disavow toxic links, and implement safe authority-building techniques.

Analytics & Reporting :

Use tools like

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz

to track KPIs and measure success.

Agency & Partner Management :

Collaborate with agencies, freelancers, and creative partners for scalable SEO execution.

Leadership & Strategy :

Build long-term SEO roadmaps, scalable systems, and eventually grow a global SEO team.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience

with proven results in driving growth.

Expertise in technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.

Strong knowledge of international SEO, Google algorithm updates, and advanced analytics tools .

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership potential.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment .

Bonus if you have experience in :

SaaS, marketplaces, content / media platforms, or agency-side SEO.
