We are looking for a highly motivated Real Estate Broker to join our team and work in the Dubai property market. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close deals. (Islamabad, Pakistan)
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in Dubai real estate.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubais property trends.
- Guide clients through the property buying and selling process.
- Negotiate and close property deals efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Coordinate with Dubai-based agents and developers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and manage leads.
