We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art compliance solutions that empower our financial institution clients. This is a contractual position for 1 year, renewable at the end of the term. As an integral part of our team, you\'ll have the opportunity to be a self-starter and play a foundational role in establishing an IT development team. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to financial institutions Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand and analyze requirements Take lead on challenging projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX / UI, and DevOps, to ensure successful delivery of solutions Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure that the solutions are current and competitive Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 7 years experience in software development At least 3 years of experience, specifically in developing compliance solutions for financial institutions Strong proficiency in .NET, React, and Nodejs Familiarity with compliance regulations within the financial sector (e.g., KYC, AML) Strong understanding of DevOps tools and technologies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities Job Specification
