Position Summary :
We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Administrator to support, configure, and maintain our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering Salesforce, managing users, customizing workflows, and ensuring data quality. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to improve Salesforce adoption and efficiency.
Job Description :
- Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Configure Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and reports
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Support business processes by translating requirements into Salesforce configurations
- Monitor system health, data quality, and user activity
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
- Assist with Salesforce releases, testing, and deployments
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve CRM functionality
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates and best practices
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred)1 – 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce AdministratorStrong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality and data modelExperience with Salesforce configuration tools (flows, workflows, validation rules, page layouts)Familiarity with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data managementBasic knowledge of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)Experience with data import / export tools and data cleansingWorking knowledge of SQL or database concepts is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skillsSalesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a plus
