Position Highlights

Role : Sales Executive – Medical Billing

Shift : 6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time), 9-hour shift

Work Mode : 100% Remote – Work from Home

Schedule : Monday–Friday | Saturday & Sunday off

Compensation : Attractive salary package + performance-based incentives & perks

Key Responsibilities

• Promote medical billing services to healthcare providers, clinics, and medical practices
• Make outbound calls and book client meetings (approx. 200+ dials per day)
• Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking and client management
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for sustained business growth
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Stay updated on healthcare IT trends and medical billing regulations

Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Experience : Minimum 3 years in sales / business development with medical billing or healthcare IT experience
