We're building a fintech product to revolutionize SME lending in emerging markets. Think fast-moving, high-ownership, design-meets-systems-thinking culture. We’re solving one of the messiest real-world problems, credit access, with clean, intuitive interfaces and ruthless clarity. The stakes are high, and so is the bar.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UX and UI design across mobile and web products
- Translate rough concepts and workflows into clean user journeys
- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma
- Partner tightly with product, engineering, and operations to shape features
- Conduct lightweight user research and usability validation
- Think in flows, not just screens, and obsess over edge cases
- Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, the works)
- UX research basics, user interviews, usability tests, etc.
- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and real-world constraints
- Bonus if you know how design decisions impact frontend development (React)
