Job description

Masters in Business Administration (HR) or Social Sciences / Relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

  • To develop and implement the HR Strategy and action plan for IIMCT & RIU ensuring that the skills, knowledge and attitudes of staff are developed in line with IIMCT & RIU business objectives.
  • Institutional Development (growth, knowledge, skill, performance, targets).
  • Performance management.
  • SOP’s & Business Processes Reengineering.
  • Audits.

Additional Responsibilities : (additional tasks, assignments, research and developmental activities)

Job Specification

  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts, issues and HR operations.
  • Strong report writing skills.
  • Good experience of Recruitment Management.
  • Team player.

    • Having a diverse personality, with a sensitivity towards the plight of the masses in general and the recipient of IIMCT / RIU services in particular.
