Senior Google Ads Agent - REMOTE

We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Agent to help continue our growth trajectory. Your key responsibilities will include : Drive our Google Ads digital campaign delivery and planning for all clients, including the setup and optimisation of all campaigns requested. Provide recommendations to enhance our current digital service delivery by building upon our current strengths and help maintain our competitive advantages in the industry. Support the Senior Operations Manager in the development of the Digital Ads delivery and services. Help to establish robust processes that enable us to scale our operation over the next 12-24 months. About you : You are a highly skilled Google Accredicated Ads expert with a detailed understanding of the Google Ads platform and all its functions (end-to-end campaign management of all campaign formats, BETA campaigns). Alongside this, you will have proven knowledge and experience of the broader factors (such as landing page experience and A / B testing methodologies, etc) that support campaign performance and improvements. You will have significant proven experience in understanding opportunities, pitfalls, and best practices to ensure success. You are a highly effective communicator, who can work within your team to maximise your potential. You will have demonstratable experience of the above points, from your previous roles. In addition : You will support AdShare's digital performance offering by capitalising on data, technology strategies and innovative thinking for all our current and new clients. A deep awareness of - and the ability to maintain - an understanding of the digital landscape, new trends, and insights. The ability to thoroughly implement guidance and solutions that best support client campaign enhancements and maximise returns. In this role, your goals will be : Support AdShare in delivering excellent digital performance for all clients through the set up and optimisation of a wide variety of campaigns. Understand our current processes, methodologies, and culture. Establish a seamless working relationship with your management team and other colleagues to improve performance and reduce operational issues. Work with AdShare's respective Senior Managers to identify strategic strengths and weaknesses in our current digital campaign models. What your day looks like at AdShare : As a Senior Google Ads Agent, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the performance of client campaigns, recommending user journey optimisations, and aligning efforts for digital acquisition and retention. You will leverage data and other engagement tools to optimise the performance of campaigns and provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Operations Manager. You will have strong commercial acumen, be data-passionate, highly organised, and have great attention to detail. You will be a champion for continuous improvements, never missing opportunities for learning or growth. What you'll need to bring : Google Ads Accreditation and Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Expert), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tools like MOZ, AHREFs, SEMRUSH & Apps Marketing. You need to be a wizard with data and identifying insights, and learnings from digital performance data. Positive energy, with strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to work well in a team and with your Senior colleagues. You will be passionate and a firm believer in digital media, with a hunger to keep learning and contribute to driving digital strategy in an upcoming, vibrant business that is ready to drive change in both the market and the thinking of our clients. Proven ability to control budgets and risks associated with performance and spending. This role is fully based on a remote working modal, therefore you are required to have access to your own high-spec Laptop / PC. You will need your own high-speed internet connection (already active). Ability to work remotely and install Hubstaff (monitoring solution) on your machine. Able to work UK office hours is a must. Minimum Qualifications : More than 4-6 years of in-depth experience in Google Ads in a similar role. Full Google Ads Accreditation.
