Job Description

• Develop and implement growth strategiesfocusing on organic B2B expansion in Pakistan and targeted internationalmarkets
• Craft and execute campaigns across email,social media, calling, and webinars / events to engage existing and newaudiences
• Lead the planning and execution of in-personand online marketing events
• Drive social media growth with educationalcontent, video testimonials, expert interviews, and success stories
• Optimize TISS website with SEO, structureddata, and AI ‑ friendlycontent to ensure discoverability in AI search tools
• Implement and manage ABM campaigns targetingstrategic high-value accounts
• Use AI tools and analytics forpersonalization, content segmentation, predictive engagement, and campaignoptimization
• Assign and track leads through the salesfunnel, ensuring strong collaboration with the sales team
• Monitor campaign performance and optimizecontinuously based on data, behavior, and industry feedback
